What changes might I expect during construction?

Regardless of who designed the project, rarely a project is completed without a change in the design. Sometimes the existing structure is built differently than anticipated and walls, plumbing fixtures, need to be moved. Sometimes the homeowners will see another arrangement to better meet their needs. We regularly find things on every job we do and it becomes the task of the contractor to work with the homeowner to find a solution. The good news is that a solution is always at hand.
