When do we pick out fixtures, etc. for the project?

We recommend that you start looking and making selections as soon as possible. Items like hot tubs and appliances are not installed until later in the job, but the dimensions of those materials will be needed during the initial stages of construction. If you want a use a particular item made in Spain (ceramic tile) or Denmark (paint) get those items as soon as possible.
