About the Project

We have decided on a contractor to do the work, what's next?

We prepare a final set of papers that includes the final estimate and specifications, the final drawing and a contract. All papers are initialed or signed. At that time we take a 10% to 15% deposit. We take the plat, health department report if applicable, soil test report if applicable, and drawings to the local building code office. Depending on the time of year and locality, the permit process may take up to six weeks.
