Will the project go as planned?

For the broad part it will, but expect some changes along the way. Unlike new construction, the remodeling contractor has no control over what he may discover behind a wall or under a floor; however, we can usually find a good solution to most problems and many times, the design or some characteristic of the job improves. But it is important for everyone to remain flexible and understand that even the most detailed set of drawings is a guide subject to change without notice.
