How much is it going to cost?

We like to meet the homeowners, review or help design a sketch, then give a rough estimate based on that information. However, if you were to rank remodeling/addition projects according to cost, kitchens would be at the top of the list followed by bathrooms, then sunroom additions and other additions, then screened-in porches and decks.
